Project description

Ervin & Smith developed and implemented a social media public relations strategy in an effort to generate an online buzz about the EarCheck device among those in the blogging community. The goals of our campaign were to increase awareness and ignite conversations about the EarCheck device among key audiences, particularly the highly influential mommy blogger community. Our campaign included the development and distribution of a Multimedia News Release, the promotion of special offers via sites such as Twitter and FaceBook as well as personalized blogger pitching.

Outcome

Ervin & Smith was able to generate more than 700 followers for EarCheck on Twitter and engaged in dozens of online conversations with key audiences regarding the product in just four short months. The product was well-received among the blogger community and was reviewed on more than 70 of the top parenting and mommy blogger websites. Each review was complimentary and added third-party credibility and recognition to the EarCheck brand.
